a. If we are able to re-let the house for the full period of your booking then we will refund the full cost of your stay less an administration charge of £10.
b. If we are able to re-let the house for only part of the period of your booking then we will refund the full cost of your holiday less the deposit paid.
c. If we are not able to re-let the house for the cancelled dates, no refund will be made and the liability will need to be held by your Holiday Insurance.
d. In the event of unavoidable cancellation by the owners, the liability of the owners will be limited to the full refund of monies paid.
